Because there is no standard for what they ask, you are only bound to answer what each school asks about. So, at some schools you may have to disclose more, at others less. Do exactly what the schools says and you will be fine :-D That means some schools get more info, and that's fine. Don't disclose more than you have to!

By the way, I don't know of any application that would require you to disclose a verbal warning!
