Can anyone start a scholarship program without legal obstacles? Let's say I wanted to start a scholarship program for $1,000 in the name of my company. It would be a competitive scholarship open to any full time student. An essay would be required about confronting the diplomatic challenges of the 21st century and how the prospective candidate's career goals in the world aid diplomacy in action.

Hi Whitakera,

Unfortunately, that's not really a question we can help with--our expertise lies in LSAT preparation and law school admissions. I recommend that you contact an attorney to ask these questions and figure out the needs and ramifications of starting a scholarship.

Good luck with your endeavor!

Hi,

A scholarship program is a really nice idea. It would be great to hear more about it. Could you send me a pm with more of the specifics?

Thanks! I look forward to hearing from you.
