Hello,
I am in a situation where I have an overall GPA of a 2.9 according to the LSAC because it includes AP credit from high school, however, from sophomore of college on I have a 3.4 GPA. Will schools use the 2.9 or see that I took classes years ago that counted towards my GPA and overlook that?
Also, my LSAT score is a 164 and SMU is my first choice. My LSAT score is above average but my GPA is below so the UGPA and LSAT score calculator gives me a large percentage range for acceptance. However, according to the LSAC's ABA Statistics chart they accepted 25/29 students with my GPA and LSAT score combination. Which would be more accurate to estimate my chances? What else can I do to improve my chances?
Thanks
