Hello,

I'm wanting to write an addendum about two grades I received in different semesters. I read in a few books and sites that most addendums are only 3 paragraphs. I'm not sure how I'd format it since I want to talk about two different classes at different times.

I appreciate any help!

Hey Johnny,

I wouldn't worry about making it exactly three paragraphs. I personally think the number of paragraphs is irrelevant; what does matter is the overall length. Don't go over a page unless you absolutely have to.
