Assumption and justify

Just a quick refresher on the distinction between justify and assumption issues, I believe. Can you just justify questions and assumptions using the assumption negation technique? I believe the reason I'm getting confused is that the Justify and Assumption questions seem to be filling in the same blanks, which are details that aren't in the stimulus but are required for the conclusion to make sense.

What is the difference between these two, as far as the question stems go? While the "if assumed" language in justification question stems is used appropriately, assumption questions do not. Why not? Don't those presumptions have to be met for the conclusion to be accurate?

Assumption Negation applies ONLY to Assumption/Necessary Assumption questions, not Justify.
