Glitching, Cannot Eliminate Answers

PowerScore is glitching and making it so I cannot eliminate answers. It's very annoying. When I click to eliminate one answer, it either A). Eliminates a different answer than the one selected or B.) Undoes an answer I had previously eliminated.

I've tried cleaning my cache and cookies and using Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. I don't know what else to do. I am desperate! Any ideas?
