Hello,
I see on page 9-3 of the LSAT Course book that "more likely" and "less likely" can be translated into greater than 50% and less than 50%, respectively. However, what about just "likely?" My intuition tells me that "likely" also means greater than 50%, but I am not sure.

"Likely" means that it is more likely to happen than not, which is 51% and up.
