I chose A, mainly because of the fact that the stimulus does mention that a vigorous workout is "more effective," and therefore can produce dramatic improvement. With that being said, I was between A and B, and was also focused in on the difference in wording between A and B: A says it "can" produce a dramatic improvement, while B says it "generally" produces improvements. The wording in the stimulus directly matches A. Does this difference in wording play an important role in distinguishing between A and B, or am I looking too much into that?

That's a great reason to reject B and select A, Ryan89! We know from the stimulus that dramatic improvement is possible, but we don't know how often it actually produces that result. "Generally" means more than half the time, and we just don't have any data to support that claim. A is much easier to defend, because it describes a mere possibility, and as you said, matches the stimulus in that regard. Well done!
