Hi Shan,
Great question and good job on this game! Making inferences can be key to efficiently and correctly completing all four games. There are a few ways to improve your ability to make inferences, but the main thing is to keep practicing! The more games you do, the more natural it will become (and you'll even learn to hone in on how to best avoid forcing an incorrect inference). I recommend using the homework/supplemental portion of the Online Student Center to access more grouping games and practice making inferences. The homework explanations are incredibly useful for demonstrating how to setup the game! Chapters 5 and 6 focus on grouping games specifically.
Additionally, if you have the Logic Games Bible, you'll find that there are drills specifically designed to help with setup!
Hope this helps!
