Hi Ada,

Thanks for the post, and I'm glad to hear that you're liking the timed sections! There is an option to have an actual countdown! We just offer the ability to toggle it on and off. Please click the blank space next to "Remaining," and you should see the timer appear. :-D If you're still having difficulty, please send us an email at contact@powerscore.com so we can assist with more specific instructions. :)

Thanks!

Hello,

I think something is off with the analytics for "problem type analysis". I've done test sections and when I click apply for "test sections" it says there is no data to show. And when I'm viewing the data for only "practice tests" I feel like it's including the test sections because there is a large number of questions wrong on the certain types of questions that I've done test sections on but haven't finished all of the questions in the set (so they appear as wrong because I've left them blank). Is this just me? Or am I wrong? Can someone look at my account and tell me if I'm right or wrong? Thanks!

Hi Mom,

Please take a look again at that and see if it fixes the "non-finished questions" issue. They reset the stats counting function and I believe that should fix that piece of it :-D

With the "test sections issue," that only counts individual test sections, and according to what they see, you haven't done any individual sections. I think we'll change the language there to make that clearer. It does not count full tests taken—that is analyzed separately. I'm going to ponder that one for a bit before deciding what to do with it, if anything. But at least you know why it shows blank :)

Please let me know. Thanks!

Oops yes I think when viewing the "test sections" I accidentally confused that with also meaning "problem sets" too. Thank you so much!
