Well, there is a multi-page discussion in the LGB starting page 297, and this builds off conditional discussion earlier in the book. And remember, we see the three Bibles as working together, so Chapter 6 of the Logical Reasoning Bible on Conditional Reasoning also covers these types of relationships in greater detail.
