You've got it! If it's in 2, it also has to be in 1. And remember, there's only one Plastic. So, if Plastic were in 2, Plastic would also have to be in 1. That would violate our rule.

However, there is no rule that says "if it's in 1, it also has to be in 2." Thus, plastic could be in 1 but not in 2.
