If K and P are both assigned to the Recycling panel, then from the second rule M must also be assigned to the Recycling panel. Since P is not assigned to the Oceans panel, from the last rule it follows that H cannot be assigned to the Oceans panel. Therefore, H must be assigned to the Wetlands panel. Due to the fourth rule the FG block cannot be assigned to the same panel as H, and so the FG block must be assigned to the Oceans panel:
