Hi Maxim,

Based on what I outlined in response to another of your questions (lsat/viewtopic.php?f=699&p=27603#p27603), what I'd like you to do is re-examine this question. There's no error here, and in a sense when you start frequently looking for flaws in the LSAT or arguing that incorrect answers are in fact correct, what you are doing is arguing with the LSAT. That's not something you can do and win, unfortunately.
