Hi, Lusting,
Hope everything went great this morning. For future reference for other students, the LSAC does not specify whether the photograph must be in color. Here are the requirements according to their website:
http://www.lsac.org/jd/lsat/day-of-test ... quirements
Students have used black and white printouts without any problems, as long as "On test day, the test center supervisor must be able to identify you in person as compared to your photo."
I understand the desire not to have any question marks or anxiety about the photo. If you have access to a color printer, by all means, take advantage of that, but it is not a requirement per se. Don't stress if you're coming in with a black and white photo; justs make sure it meets the requirements outlines on the LSAC page linked above.
