Hi. I asked this question in the similar manner prior but I didn't get an answer. but why Mapping game is named as mapping? I think knowing why would provide me significant insight for recognizing mapping game during actual LSAT? as in I said prior that Mapping/linear looks similar to a sequential game in terms of diagramming (which Dave said a good job in recognizing the characteristics of similarity between the two). so I want to know what qualifies Mapping game to be Mapping.

Hi Lathlee,

Typically there's a visual map of some sorts involved, and often directions or relative placement must be used during the setup. The Subway Lines game from PT18 is a perfect example.

Thanks!
