Can you draw markers on your wrist watch?

I have a very quick question about eligible timers for the LSAT. I bought a standard wrist watch that has a bezel (which I believe is still allowed). Using the bezel its fairly easy to identify when the section is going to end, but its a little more difficult to get a quick snapshot of my pacing within the section. I was thinking of using white out to make a mark at each of the 8:45 marks (i.e. divide it by four), but is it even permissible to have artificial markings on your watch?

Interesting question! To my knowledge, LSAC hasn't addressed this particular question, which means that it is not specifically outlawed. So, on that grounds, you can do it. And, it's more than likely that no one would ever notice it anyway. However, if some very hardcore proctor notices it, they might feel it's an issue. Proctors can be very unpredictable, and I've seen proctors take away things even when they are explicitly allowed. That risk is always there, however.
