Hi PS!

I am struggling to see the difference between answer choice (A) and (B) for this question. Could you please elaborate?

Thanks!

Hi jbrown1104,
In A the claim is that leading questions in a courtroom can yield untrustworthy testimony, and the second paragraph adds to this claim that leading questions may occur inside or outside of a courtroom, and both can lead to untrustworthy testimony.

B asks for a theory, but there is no theory that was presented in the first paragraph. And even if you considered the claim (leading questions in a courtroom can yield untrustworthy testimony) to be a theory, the second paragraph doesn't illustrate applications of the claim(theory), it expands the claim(theory) beyond the courtroom.
Hope that helps!
