Hi!

I'm looking at the reasoning in this question, and it seems like it's flawed. I know that I'm missing why it's valid, but I don't see why. If Bee --> Sting once. But they go and assume because it stung once, it's a bee. Isn't that a mistaken reversal? What am I missing here?

Thanks!

You are correct--it is a Mistaken Reversal.

Do you mean, why doesn't the question stem note that the reasoning is flawed? Because this question is from prior to Feb 92 (it's from Dec 91), which is when they started noting the flawed reasoning in Parallel stems when it was present.

Thanks!

Oh! That's what confused me on this question. I was wondering why there was flawed reasoning in a question that didn't say flaw.

Are there any other ones like that in LR Problem Sets?

Thanks!
