Experts,
How can I negate this sentence?

He likes Harry as much as he likes Jackie.

Negated : He doesn't like Harry as much as he likes Jackie

OR

NEgated : He likes Harry not so much as he likes JAckie.

Please let me know whether I am correct.

Thanks

Both are correct. But there is a simpler way of saying it: he likes Jackie more than he likes Harry :-)
