Hello,

I have realized that RC and LG are giving me bad problems. I am ending up with -10/-9 on a single LR section, and in LG I am trying to get to -0/-1 (currently I am -5). I haven't finished drilling the games in the LG bible I have the 2017 one (and yes I have been trying to score well on this LSAT thing since then)..I will probably focus on finishing them. But, for RC?? I used to get -6, but I don't know what happened recently. What is your best advice for me for the January administration? I've taken the LSAT twice and this is my third time I really can't afford to screw up this time too.
Current score range: 159-163 / Target: 168-169

Thank you for all your help,
Sara

Hi Sara,
It is a little hard to give you specific advice without being able to see what you are doing wrong. It may be a good idea to meet with a tutor a couple of times so that the tutor can look over your reading comp. passages and look for patterns. For example, a pattern may show that you tend to get a certain type of question wrong, and the reason might be a misunderstanding of how to approach that particular question. A tutor should be able to spot that, and if it is a common question type, it could increase your score by around 4-5 points.
For Logic Games, since you are already scoring so high I would suggest checking to see if you tend to miss questions in a particular type of game, and if that is the case you can more easily tailor your studying to meet your need. A tutor could also help you to do this if you aren't able to see any similarities between your tests.
All of this aside, your score is great! Try not to get frustrated as you clear these final hurdles. You've got this!
