At the end of the Principle where it states "not just...", can the "not just" be interpreted as "not only"?

You can interpret "not just" the same as you would "not only," but don't treat that phrase as a separate conditional indicator phrase. It won't generally be used that way throughout the test, and if you add it to your "indicator list," you're more likely to confuse the interpretation of certain questions rather than clarify them.

In the question you're asking about, the conditional indicator (as you've correctly noticed) is "only if." Thus, everything following the "only if" is included within the necessary conditions. That includes the final phrase of the stimulus: "they find the piece desirable for its intrinsic qualities and not just for its value as an investment." What is that really saying? It's saying two separate things: (1) people do find the piece desirable for its intrinsic qualities (you've already got this diagrammed in your post), and also (2) people don't find the piece desirable "just" (or merely, or solely, or only) for its value as an investment. All you need to do here is add (2) to your list of necessary conditions.

So, an accurate diagram would look like:

Buy Expensive Antique Confident of Authenticity + Find Desirable for Intrinsic Qualities + NOT Find Desirable Merely for Investment Value
