Has anyone heard of test-takers who have been able to take the "US" exams from abroad? I'm currently signed up for the August date but due to Covid am stuck in the Uk for the time being. While I don't anticipate an issue going to the US, I'm wondering if they will "geo-lock" the test. Since it's all online, i don't see why they would do this?

Yes, unfortunately you will not be allowed to take it from abroad, and they will geolock you out. The only test administrations available outside the US/Canada are the international administrations, and it is done this way because of test security issues. Theyare very strict about it!
