Hey Lsatep,

This question asks which answer choice is an assertion made in passage B that misrepresents the views of passage A's author. So our correct answer choice needs to 1) be an assertion made in passage B and 2) be something that inaccurately describes passage A's views.

Answer choice (A) correctly does this. Passage B is writing about Dyson, the author of Passage A. Passage B asserts that Dyson believes some people exhibit paranormal powers under some conditions - this is stated in the very first sentence of passage B. Dyson would believe this is a misrepresentation of his beliefs, however, because Dyson is not 'convinced' that this happens. Dyson hesitantly concedes that paranormal activity might exist because it is impossible to refute it through science, however, he is not convinced that people can exhibit paranormal powers. Thus, answer choice (A) is a misrepresentation of his view.

Hope that helps!
