Correct Answer Choice Types for Rule Substitution Questions

Hi all!
I am making my way through the Logic Games Bible and have reached the end of the portion discussing Rule Substitution Questions in greater depth. At the bottom of the page (pg. 541 for my 2023 hardcopy) it says that for a discussion of the correct answer choice types for these questions visit the website. Under the online supplemental materials for Chapter 9, however, I am not seeing this posted. If someone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it!
