Why does, for example with answer choice, “clearly” acts as the necessary conditional indicator. Could it be that it’s introducing the sufficient too. Or would a conclusion or answer choice making a conclusion only say "clearly" or as a result for the neccessary condition, indicating it follows

I'm not sure I understand the context here. It seems like you are looking at a specific problem but there isn't one referenced. Regardless, "clearly" is a term that can be used in so many ways I wouldn't ever say it was always being used to indicate just one thing.
