Hi there! I was planning to apply last cycle, but was unsatisfied with my LSAT score and decided to push my application to this upcoming cycle. I was wondering if I would need to ask my recommenders to resubmit the LORs they submitted for me fall of last year? Thank you!!

Hi svelez!

You don't need to ask them to resubmit their letters, as the letters they submitted last year are now part of your LSAC file. So you can have the same letters sent to law schools in this upcoming application cycle. Strategically, you might consider having them update the letters if you did something of particular note over the past year that might be worth addressing in their letters. But again, the letters are already in your file and can be used this upcoming cycle if you want to use them.
