This time, I am not lucky enough to pick the correct answer when I was hesitating between A and B. I chose A, but the right one is B

Could you explain why A is wrong? To me, both A and B seems right.

In this question, answer choices (A) and (B) are similar because they both describe a response in which the speaker argues that a seemingly beneficial action actually has overall harmful results. The problem with (A) is that Dr. Jones and Dr. Carabella are not discussing a treatment that has been prescribed to the patient. Instead, they are discussing the use of a new technology. So (A) is close, but (B) is correct because it mentions the broad category of technology application that includes the use of Telemedicine being discussed in the stimulus.
