I have looked at the game set up answer page and missed the inference of FFFCG.

Is this the only inference for the J column or is this "one possible way that the elements can stack?

As you can see from the answers, if you know there is only one floor in building J decorated in style C, and only one in style G, then you know the remaining floors must be decorated in the remaining style, F. You know the C must be immediately above the G. You know the top floor can't be G nor the bottom C, but otherwise you don't know how the styles (FFFCG) are distributed.

In the example you have, the G and C are in the incorrect order - C must be immediately on top of G. So the following works:

Keep in mind that while this works, it's only one example, and because there are too many such possibilities to consider, you should only diagram the not-laws, the dual-options, and the CG block as on 4-105. Don't get confused thinking the one possible options represents a definite restriction on the distribution of styles!
