For question 16 for September 2009 logic games, I am confused why Q has to go last.

We don't know whether T is domestic or anything abut it, so could't T go last as long as r and P are before q?

All international flights must go before all domestic flights. So P goes before Q. Now, among Flyhigh's flights, only Q is left. We know it's domestic because of the rules. Now for any flight from Getaway, if it's international, the fifth rule tells us it leaves before Q. If it's domestic, the sixth rule tells us it leaves before Q. So no matter what, all Getaway's flights leave before Q.
