Hello Johnny Vaughn,
No one on earth can tell for sure, but it is certainly possible for that to happen. Ironically, the more anxiety you feel about the LSAT, the more unlikely it is that you'll go up by 5 points!
It's legitimate to have some concern about how you'll do, but worrying oneself to death tends to be counterproductive. This doesn't mean that you have to go take a warm bath with scented candles every day (though I'm not saying that's a bad idea either!), but a relaxed, confident mode of mind where you remind yourself of all that you've already learned and achieved, and tell yourself that you can continue even further and do even better, can be very helpful.
And of course, keep studying and taking practice tests. (Not too many, though, lest you burn yourself out.) And review the theory in the books or other sources, so that you're sure of how it all works. There are no guarantees, but a confident attitude and continued, controlled effort can create great things.
Hope this helps,
David
