To say that increased interaction between heavy machinery and unprotected workers can (not even will, just can) lead to increased injuries is completely common sense. For a Weaken answer choice, that seems straightforwardly to be an entirely plausible gloss on what answer choice (A) is saying. Can you give me an example of a situation where such an assumption wasn't allowed and would make an equivalent answer wrong?
