Question 7 refers to houses on one side of a street that are listed from west to east with 111 being the first listed.

is it wrong to list 111 last on the right side of the diagram to represent it as the westernmost house? The explanation lists it first.

You could, but it's a pretty standard mapping convention to put West to the left and East to the right, so that's how we do it. More importantly, that's how LSAC would do it in the answer choices to questions with that sort of base. So it's probably best to match what they would do, to avoid having to mentally flip your diagram to match their answers.

Also, the fact that they said "west to east" rather than "east to west" should point to that choice, based on another western convention of listing ordered things from left to right.
