Not sure if this was already asked but I did not have time to scroll. For the Diagnostic Test October 2012 that we are supposed to take before the power score class does it matter if we take the 3 Section + Expiermental/4 Section/3 Section.

Hi Abby,

Thanks for the post! The“3 Section + 1 Experimental” is the current format of the LSAT exam and the one you should practice with, as this is what you will see on test day.

For the most part, you can disregard the 4-section and 3-section tests. Those are older formats of the exams. They won't harm your studies and it's totally fine to practice them (students sometimes like to study from them to mix it up) but the "3 + 1" is the best to take.
