How can we assume that single-called creatures are similar in size to the nanobes?

Hey Manishatr,

We don't need to assume the relative size of nanobes and single celled creatures. Instead, we want to focus in on the reasoning the author is giving for why nanobes are living things: they don't contain a reproductive mechanism. If answer choice (B) is true though, perhaps the nanobes can combine to form a structure and reproduce before disbanding into separate cells again, therefore weaking the argument.
