View - defenders of fish farming (line 45) and author's viewpoint
S- introduces idea of fish farming, then discusses negative impact on ocean stocks and potential future positive uses
T- educational, concerned/critical over impact of fish farming
A- FF has negative consequences (paragraphs 2 and 3) but also some positive uses (last paragraph)
MP- FF can be both helpful and harmful to ocean fish stocks
