Can LSAT test-takers who have taken any of the five officially released MCATs or who have taken the real thing comment on the usefulness of the officially released LSAT RC sections for preparing for the MCAT’s CARS section?

For those who haven’t: is there any advice you can give regarding the use of official LSAT RC passages to improve one’s achievement on the MCAT’s CARS section?

I haven't taken the MCAT, but I’ve been studying for it alongside LSAT practice materials. I’ve found the LSAT RC sections to be really beneficial for improving my critical reading skills. They force you to engage with the text in a deep way, which is exactly what’s needed for CARS.

Fwiw, LSAT RC is widely considered to be harder overall than the RC on any other section--MCAT, GMAT, GRE--so studying LSAT RC would typically help improve your MCAT CARS score.
