I don't understand why the correct answer choice is not E. It says that because almost, meaning most of the books published by Penisula over the past 10 years has been profitable, therefore the novel safekeeping will also be profitable. Am I understanding/diagramming correctly?

E does not parallel the flaw in the stimulus because it doesn't reverse the "most" relationship. A few other folks have already shown the correct diagrams in this thread, so I won't recreate all that work, but here's the short version:

The stimulus is saying that most A is B, and this is a B, so it's probably an A. That reverses the "most" relationship, which is a flaw.

Answer E is saying that most A is B, and this is an A, so it's probably a B. That does not reverse the "most" relationship, so it is not parallel to the flaw in the stimulus.

And just to add back in some details, in answer E, most novels published by the company have been profitable. That's the "A" in my abstraction. This novel is published by that company, so it's an A, and the conclusion is that it will be profitable, which is the B.

oh wow, looking at it using A and B really helped me understand as opposed to naming the terms in my diagram. Thank you
