Your analysis is dead-on here, so very nice job with both diagramming the conditional reasoning, noting its structure, and seeing that answer choice E does not parallel it.
The only thing I would recommend is to add the phrase "in the event that" to your list of sufficient condition indicator words/phrases. It does pop up from time to time, so you'll want to remember it. And understand that there are some sufficient and necessary condition indicators that are not as common, so keep an eye out for them. Add them to your lists as you notice them. That way, you won't get thrown off in the heat of the moment by an unusual one like this one.
