Question about Flaw in the Reasoning

Hello! I have a quick question about a note in the Logical Reasoning LSAT Bible in the chapter about Flaw in the Reasoning. A margin note says that "the correct answer choice must describe a flaw in the reasoning of the argument, not just something that occurred in the argument." Could a staff member clarify the difference between the two? Thank you so much in advance!

That means that something can occur within a stimulus, but that doesn't necessarily mean that it's the right answer for a flaw in the reasoning question. Just mentioning something that occurs in the stimulus is insufficient--rather, the correct answer choice must be something that is specifically a flaw.
