Hi Powerscore,

I would like to specifically ask about the second part of answer choice E: "in a riddled basin of attraction, water spilled at the same point on different occasions may make its way to different destinations."

I am wondering whether this is true or false. I thought it would be false, because if the water is spilled on the same point, even if boundaries are "riddled with fractal properties," there is nothing in the passage that indicates that dropping water at the same point will not result in the same destination.

Please let me know what you think. Thank you.

Hey miriam,

I don't think we know whether this is true or false - the passage says that dropping water in an adjacent spot would yeild different destinations (line 35/36), but if it was spilled in exactly the same spot I'm not sure.
