I had a lot of trouble with this question. To be honest, none of the answers looked good to me :-? Could you please explain why answer choice B is correct? Thank you!!

Hello,

Inter alia (Latin for "among other things"), answer B is the only answer which mentions calories! which should be mentioned in any correct answer.
Or, doing a little more of the relevant math: if the caramelized sugar can't be digested, then the calorie count of the raisin goes down. If the calories go down, but the iron stays the same, then by definition, the ratio of iron per calorie must go up, compared to grapes.
