Hello, I do not understand this Weaken questions at all I chose B and the answer is C. Please explain this to me. My prephrase was to find a way it doesnt hurt the US. I find this to be really hard. Are the questions in the Last Supplemental Set harder than average? Please help me.

I believe that the questions do get tougher as they go, yes, so I imagine these ones will be harder than normal. Keep going, though - you're nearly done! :-D

It's not B, because it doesn't matter how many other pesticides there are that aren't banned in the US - what we're focusing on is the pesticides that are banned in the US, the others don't matter.

It's C, because the key words are "greatly increases". If many countries other than the US also ship these banned pesticides, the fact that the US does it also does not significantly increase the US's risk; at least not nearly as much as it would if the US was the only supplier of these banned pesticides.
