Lesson 5, part 2 Game 3. I have read the set up, however, I am not understanding how the set up is. I know the last rule should be the key indicator to how I should set up the game. Please help, my mind is not coming up with what I should be coming up with.

Since you read the setup, you must surely understand how we represented the rules, and what their general implications are. If you are having trouble with the last rule, please tell us precisely what you found to be confusing about that rule. Are you unable to understand its meaning, its representation in your setup, or its relationship(s) to the rest of the rules in the game?

If you can shed some light on your line of reasoning, we can definitely help you understand the game better.
