Complete Question Explanation
(The complete setup for this game can be found here: lsat/viewtopic.php?f=179&p=88386#p88386)

The correct answer choice is (E).

Global questions typically require you to just examine the initial sequence and compare that to the answer choices.

Answer choices (A) and (B) can be eliminated because we have already determined that P or G could be opened first.

Answer choice (C) can be tricky, but I, G, and L can be opened after O.
Answer choice (D) is somewhat similar to (C), and O, I, G, and L can be opened after H.

Answer choice (E) is the correct answer choice. Only K, P, I, and G can be opened before N.

Basia,

Answer choice (E) says "No more than four valves are opened before N is opened." H, O, and L must be after N, so there are only 5 valves left, one of which is N, so no more than 4 can be before N.
