I could certainly see this actually working out into a great positive situation

!. if I can legitimately make a solid argument explaining the accident, eye surgeries, and health improvement if it happened.....Law Schools would be much more likely to put even stronger weight on my LSAT to asses my reasoning skills/abilities in admissions than GPA ( which is a positive for me since I have strong practice LSAT scores) when seeing how I would be able to succeed at the next stage

2. the mistake in the LSAT accommodations for Dec and my withdrawal from it can only be a positive on two fronts. I can get a stronger LSAT last PT was a 171 with caveat of extra time on RC, so with Sept/Dec 2015 as my test date and re applying for extended time and being in the top percentiles well ahead of test day, I can only improve from here....and more importantly like mentioned earlier, I can take advantage of a cycle off to go back home to see if I can improve my eyesight prior to Law School entry as well as possibly adding to my resume, stronger LORS etc

The two C's may not happen anymore as well and a B is possible in both courses ( as we discussed earlier not the place to do so because dependent on what happens, I could potentially have a much stronger and more reasonable case for 3/4 of my college career instead of focusing on one semester)

Thanks again for the advice!

I'd agree with both of those points (and your earlier point about not lying), so things are looking good for you (yes, pun intended—I couldn't help it) :-D

Best of luck and let us know if we can do anything to help going forward. Thanks!
