I'm having some trouble with conditional reasoning. I either can't find the conditional statement, can't find all of the conditional statements, or find the statements and diagram them incorrectly, which makes me answer the question wrong. I feel like I'm getting more questions wrong by trying to diagram the conditional statements then I was before, when I was just reading the problem and making logical inferences on my own.

I definitely understand the frustration with not seeing conditional reasoning or getting them wrong! I will tell you though, from my experience, if you do not try to see the conditional reasoning in a stimulus, you will miss many inferences that you can make and will fall for the incorrect answer choices more easily. So I would suggest practicing recognizing conditional reasoning and accurately diagramming the statement.

To do that, I'd start with memorizing the table of the common conditional indicators. Basically, anything that you can convert to an "if...then" statement can be a conditional statement. After that, I'd review the lesson on diagramming the conditional statements so that you diagram them accurately going forward.

I hope that helps!
