Can a person say, "x is sufficient and necessary"? Is that the same as A :dbl: B?

Hey J,

Thanks for the question! That's absolutely correct: if a condition is both sufficient and necessary, then it creates a double arrow, :dbl:

For instance, if you read, "A occurs if, and only if, B occurs," then A and B are both sufficient and necessary for the other to happen. A if B gives you B :arrow: A, and A only if B gives you A :arrow: B. Together that's A :dbl: B.
