Albeit it's not relevant to the answer, there is an ambiguity about the characteristics of logical truth of complete variable list questions in the book. Page 153, explanation of question 6 of the LSAT on June 1996 states that any questions that ask for a complete and accurate list is a must be true question. Similar question, 3rd one on October 2004, in the explanations on page 168 is listed as a could be true question.
