Complete Variable List Question

Albeit it's not relevant to the answer, there is an ambiguity about the characteristics of logical truth of complete variable list questions in the book. Page 153, explanation of question 6 of the LSAT on June 1996 states that any questions that ask for a complete and accurate list is a must be true question. Similar question, 3rd one on October 2004, in the explanations on page 168 is listed as a could be true question.

Thanks for the feedback! That’s a good catch: the question on page 168 should indeed be classified as a Local, Must Be True, List question. This is because the correct answer choice must provide a complete and accurate list of all dignitaries, any one of whom could be 4th. We'll make sure to update the classification stem for any future releases.
