Hi all
I seem to get the initial diagram correct yet takes me longer than 8mts to finish a game. Is there something I am missing to speed through the questions?

Thanks

Hello George,

It is nice that you get the initial diagram correct. How long does it take, though?
As a silly example (?), if it takes you 8 minutes to do the diagram, you have only about 45 seconds left to do the game! I doubt it takes you 8 minutes, but the point is that apportionment of time is wise. Many people may strive to finish the diagram/inferences by 4 minutes, say, leaving about 4 and 3/4 minutes left to do the game. So, hopefully you have been apportioning your time correctly.
If you have been apportioning your time well but it still takes you over 8 3/4 minutes to do a game, you may want to work on your game technique. E.g., sometimes it is good to skip some of the harder-looking questions if they appear early on, since some of the easier questions which may come later may have clues that can help answer the earlier, harder questions. Also, general gaming technique like "separate contenders from losers" can be useful.

Hope this helps,
David
